Job Responsibilities:
FBA Warehouse Compliance Management
Familiar with Amazon inbound rules: FBA labels (FNSKU, outer carton labels), pallet requirements, to avoid shipment rejection, fines, delays and other issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in FBA warehouse management
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Familiar with ocean freight operations (FCL LCL)
- Experienced in handling exceptions (customs inspection / shipment delays)
- Capable of cost control and channel negotiation
Team and Process Management
- Manage the FBA operation team, including booking, documentation, order follow-up, etc.
- Develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce human errors
