Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Apparel Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the production process from order placement to delivery, ensuring that we meet our milestones and deliver high-quality products on time. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Production Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to ensure seamless execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Design Translation: Translate design concepts into garment form.
- Sample Management: Request and track the submission of strike offs, handlooms, lab dips, prototypes, and other samples during the development stages.
- Production Oversight: Act as the point person for all production-related activities from vendors, support and monitor WIP milestones, and drive on-time delivery of quality products.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with factories and internal teams to address production issues and ensure adherence to our submission processes and procedures.
- PLM System Management: Work with our internal PLM system to provide full visibility and collaboration on development.
- Approval Process: Assist in driving the PP approval process to meet on-time delivery goals.
- Trim Development: Support garment trim development to meet federal and retailer requirements.

Qualifications:Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in apparel production and manufacturing.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritizing workloads.
- Knowledge of T&A (Time & Action) Calendar and WIP (Work in Progress) Management.
- Understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
Production Management:
- Collaborate with overseas factories to ensure adherence to our development processes.
- Work closely with the design team to interpret and execute concept designs.
- Coordinate production issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Use our internal PLM system to provide development visibility.
- Support sample tracking and compliance adherence.
Production Sample Management:
- Manage daily submissions to licensor partners.
- Coordinate and distribute samples to the sales team.
Support sample tracking and submissions to the technical design team.
Salary : $60,000 - $69,000
