We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as this position involves interacting with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct high-end sales presentations and public speaking engagements to promote products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies that drive inventory management and control.
- Support the dealership experience by understanding inventory levels and assisting in retail math calculations.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in inventory management and control is advantageous.
