We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as this position involves interacting with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls and follow-up communications.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct high-end sales presentations and public speaking engagements to promote products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies that drive inventory management and control.
  • Support the dealership experience by understanding inventory levels and assisting in retail math calculations.
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in inventory management and control is advantageous.
