Shelter Attendant: overnight
Full-time/Part-time, non-exempt, between 24-36 hours/week

All Staff Requirements:
- Provide service with integrity, respect, empathy, and confidentiality to residents.
- Create a safe and structured environment to provide service that is trauma-informed.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma/G.E.D
- 1 year of relevant experience, including lived experience
Primary Staff Responsibilities:
- Assist shelter guests with entry/exit to shelter, including data collection.
- Support shelter guests in meeting basic needs.
- Maintain security for crisis shelter.
- Follow DreamTree Project policies and procedures.
- Complete all necessary shift documentation.
- Answer the agency cell phone.
- Participate in staff meetings and regular 1:1 meetings with your supervisor.
- Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule.
- Nightly cleaning and laundry duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Compensation:
- $100 = 30 Days after start date
- $100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
