JOB TITLE: Finance Manager
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
Position Status: Full-time regular employee at 36 hours/week. Exempt.
Finance Manager:
- Provides service with integrity, respect, empathy, and confidentiality to youth / families and donors;
- Supports a safe and structured environment for all staff and youth.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience; or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Supervise Bookkeeper, Data Specialist, and Housing Specialists.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records
- Oversee basic bookkeeping and generate reports
- Manage financial grants reports and oversee draws for grants and billable services
- Oversee payroll through Paylocity and ensure timely payment of all payroll liabilities.
- Allocate staff wages monthly and oversee regular Grant Reporting
- Manage billing and receivables
- Ensure correct and timely accounting for all fixed asset purchases, depreciation, and disposition
- Review monthly financial statements and present to Finance Committee
- Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures as needed
- Ensure compliance with all other governmental or regulatory filings regarding financial operations.
- Coordinate annual audit process and preparation of annual 990 tax return. Assist with any other audit requests by funders.
- Lead the annual budget preparation process.
- Ensure the collection of accurate data.
- Oversees the Housing Intake Process for all housing programs administered by DreamTree Project.
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Compensation:
- $100 = 30 Days after start date
- $100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,928.00 - $56,000.00 per year
