Executive Assistant
Hours: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt. Works 36 hours per week.

Expectations:
- Maintain trauma-informed, supportive environment for staff and clients
- Ensure provision of services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmostphere
- Provide service with integrity, respect, empathy, and confidentiality to colleagues, guests, residents, clients, and community members.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and three years of relevant work experience
- Five or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, with previous experience as executive assistant, or office manager strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Highly proficient in Google Suite, and ability to learn new software. An extremely high level of skill for building spreadsheets is required
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manages an executive's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, and prioritizing time sensitive matters
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive office
- Prioritizing emails, texts, and phone calls, and acting as a gatekeeper for incoming communications
- Managing correspondence between executive, team, and Board members when the executive is away
- Providing administrative assistance, such as accurately writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Handle sensitive company information with discretion and ensuring confidential information stays private
- Assist in project management by coordinating with teams and following up on project statuses
- Oversee projects as assigned
- Prepare action items for various meetings, take minutes/notes during meetings
- Assist with compiling information and preparing spreadsheets
- Create and maintain recurring and one-off reports
- Complete executive's expense reports
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Ability to go to after hours networking or other company events as needed
- Meet with supervisor for monthly Reflective Supervision
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Compensation:
- $100 = 30 Days after start date
- $100 = 60 Days after start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
