As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more stucco work than we can currently fulfill. If you’re a licensed, experienced stucco professional looking for consistent, well-supported projects, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

• High Earning Potential - Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your speed, quality of work, and project volume. Pay is on a per-project basis — the more you complete, the more you make.
• Consistent, Year-Round Work - We schedule projects 2-6 weeks in advance, giving you time to plan and ensuring a reliable income across all seasons.
• No Sales or Lead Costs - We handle all marketing, sales, and customer acquisition — you focus on doing what you do best quality stucco work.
• Full Job Support - In-field management and job-site assistance are provided to ensure smooth and successful installations.
• All Materials Provided - We supply all necessary materials for each job — no need for extra trips or added expenses.

What We’re Looking For

• Stucco Experience - Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.
• Tools & Equipment - Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.
• Licensing & Insurance - A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.
• Professionalism & Quality - A commitment to delivering clean, professional finishes and ensuring 5-star customer satisfaction.
• Reliable Work Ethic - As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.
• Transport and handle materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
• Perform full stucco installations or repairs according to job specifications and customer expectations.
• Ensure quality control and cleanliness throughout and after each project.
