Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Walk-throughs: Walk the property to confirm vacant and occupied units, identify maintenance needs, and identify potential hazards. Spray locks/latches with lubricant.
- Pest Control: Spraying pesticides and replacing rat bait once a month.
- Clean-Up: Trash and debris clean up around the property and inside of vacated units.
- Auction Photos: Cutting / Removing locks and obtaining photos of units being auctioned.
- Overlock: Overlocking delinquent units with Da Vinci locks.
- Locking Vacant Units: Installing Da Vinci locks on vacant units.
- Meetings & Tours: Meeting vendors or tenants at the property on call.
- Maintenance: Repair and maintenance as needed.
- Marketing: Pass out flyers to locals and receive referral fees.
- Website & Phone Number: Direct tenants to the website or phone number to sign up for units or pay rent.
- Technology: Must have basic technological skills
