Responsibilities
- Implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care.
- Engage clients in recreational activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress.
Skills
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow them accurately.
- Experience in direct support roles, particularly with individuals with autism or similar conditions.
- Proficient in meal preparation that meets dietary needs and preferences.
