What You'll Do- Assist clients with researching group travel options
- Research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
- Coordinate travel details for multiple travelers
- Communicate reservation information, deadlines, and supplier policies
- Maintain organized records for group reservations
- Assist with room or cabin selections when applicable
- Prepare group travel information and itineraries
- Communicate professionally with travelers throughout the planning process
- Provide support before and after travel
- Stay informed about supplier group programs and promotions
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple details and deadlines
