We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Lead to join our dynamic hospitality team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team to ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and to high-quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar spaces, including workstations, storage, and equipment
• Mentor, train, and support bartenders to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service
• Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
• Help with bar setup and breakdown during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Enforce health and safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with management to develop new drink menus and promotional initiatives

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor, with leadership responsibilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to train and motivate team members effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
