Job Title: Feasibility Analyst

Location: McKinney, TX

Position Summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Feasibility Analyst to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in evaluating potential hotel acquisitions, developments, and management opportunities by conducting market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, hospitality industry knowledge, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive analysis for potential hotel development and acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models including pro formas, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.
• Evaluate site feasibility, demand generators, and brand positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders (brokers, consultants, brand representatives).
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and investment memos to senior leadership.
• Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting hospitality development.
• Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and new developments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in hotel operations, hotel feasibility, real estate investment, or hospitality consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, ProfitSword) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hotel operating metrics (RevPAR, ADR, GOP, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel brand standards and development criteria.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college or university.

3–5 years of hotel management or hospitality industry experience (preferred).

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, strategic planning, and data analysis.

Strong understanding of financial terms and principles, with the ability to interpret complex documentation.
