Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bellstand area
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Ensure safety and security of guest belongings and hotel property
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- Friendly, professional, and attentive demeanor
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation duties
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
