Founded by ex-BCG Partners and serial startup founders, building a proprietary AI-powered creative suite that is reshaping how retail media, digital marketing, and e-commerce content are conceived, produced, and activated in-market.

We are partnered with one of the world’s leading image, video and audio generation providers, and have already built and launched campaigns for household-name brands across retail, CPG, fashion and e-commerce.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact client engagements ranging from building automation into high-volume personalized marketing assets to shaping & launching curated image & video advertisements
• Use state-of-the-art GenAI image, video, and audio tools to create and iterate on visual content and content pipelines
• Design and stand up flagship GenAI proofs-of-concept for Retail Media (e.g., dynamic creative at scale, automated PDP imagery, shoppable video, localized content at volume)
• Drive follow-on engagements by spotting where GenAI can transform our clients' media production processes
• Help build playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, and best practices that form the foundation of our proprietary SaaS platform

You'll fit in if

• You have 1–5 years in management consulting, strategy, growth, or high-growth startup environments — with strong analytical and client-facing experience
• You’re eager to play at the cutting edge of visual generative media applied to consumer products, advertising, and global brands
• You’re comfortable getting your hands dirty: learning new tools, testing workflows, and iterating quickly
• You’re good at managing tight, lean teams / workstreams to ship high-quality deliverables under time pressure
• You have strong visual and written narrative skills – you can build a clean deck and tell a sharp story
• Nice-to-have: a real visual eye (e.g., photography, painting, film, design, content creation) as formal training or a serious hobby

Compensation & upside

• Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 (experience- and fit-dependent)
• Quarterly bonuses tied to number of projects delivered to client satisfaction, with annual upside of up to 150% of base
• Early equity as part of the founding team layer
