Dreammakers Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This position is for both residential and commercial cleaning. 5 days a week 2 evening hours the rest dayshift. Residential cleaning starts at $12/hr plus tips commercial cleaning starts at $13/hr. Must have own vehicle ( getting a ride is not acceptable) must show up to work everyday. Have to pass a drug test and criminal background check. If you job hop every couple of months do not apply. Looking for long term employee that can work well independently. Weekly paychecks . Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Will have 2 days off a week and all holidays off. Have to be ok driving in the winter to each location. One is located in ebensburg once a week will get a $15 travel fee for going. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability are essential qualities for success in this position.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly and regularly
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment
• Adhere to schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting light loads
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues
• Nice-to-have: prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
