Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing efforts. This role is critical for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales growth in our market. You will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that highlight our expertise in kitchen and bath remodeling, showcase stunning project transformations, and build trust with homeowners considering renovations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and local search optimization (Google Business Profile).
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is updated with fresh content, project galleries, testimonials, and lead capture forms.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for past clients, nurture sequences, and referral programs.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, lead quality) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proven ability to manage and execute all aspects of marketing independently.
- Strong experience with digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and social media platforms.
- Experience with website updates and basic CRM or lead tracking systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
- Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills — able to take full ownership with minimal supervision.
- Passion for home remodeling, interior design, or the home improvement industry is highly preferred.
