Position: Sales and Designer
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated designer and salesperson with a creative spirit and a passion for enhancing our customers' lives by improving their living spaces. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 5 years in design-build layout, full-service remodeling, and construction.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in relational sales.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to use design software (ProKitchen, 20-20). Familiarity with estimating and construction management software (BuilderTrend, Job Tread) as well as MS Office and SharePoint.
- Design Vision: Excellent interior design vision and creativity.
- Professional Qualities: Strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
- Utilize design software to create layouts and presentations.
- Manage projects using construction management software.
- Conduct client appointments with a flexible schedule.
