Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in residential carpentry
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in tile installation (flooring, backsplashes, and/or showers)
- Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Independently manage 1–2 residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Lead daily on-site execution, coordinating employees and trade partners
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
- Serve as primary on-site contact for clients throughout the project
- Oversee both design-build remodeling and Home Services work as assigned
- Maintain overall jobsite organization, safety, and workflow efficiency
Salary : $25 - $35
