Job Summary:

Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining coach buses to ensure that every coach meets Five-Star Standards. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receives assignments from the manager and prioritizes requests.
• Stocks and maintains housekeeping supplies to ensure you have what you need for each coach bus readily available.
• Replenishes toiletries as needed. 
• Removes soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room/bunk and provides fresh replacements.
• Neatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policies.  
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, showers, counter-tops, bunks and sinks. 
• Dusts, polishes and wipes all surfaces and cleans mirrors.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors and removes trash.
• Ensures laundry is washed, dried and folded. 
• Dispose of trash and replace liners. 
• Clean and disinfect inside drawers and cabinets.
• Clean out and disinfect the refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Including inside the door seals. 
• Verify that everything functions properly and notifies the maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairs such as changing light bulbs, and safety concerns. 
• Turns in found/left-behind items to the Manager. 
• Maintains a professional demeanor while communicating with other employees. 
• Assist in training new hires.
• Drive a golf cart and/or van on company premises.

• 1 year of experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to work in a team environment.  
• 1 or more years with customer service experience.
