Position Overview
The Fleet Sanitation Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleaning, sanitation, and detailing of Dreamliner’s motorcoach fleet. This role ensures every coach meets company standards of cleanliness, passenger safety, and appearance prior to departure. The Fleet Sanitation Manager supervises sanitation staff, establishes cleaning protocols, and coordinates with maintenance and operations teams to guarantee that all coaches are fully sanitized, tour-ready, and available for scheduled service.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation operations for motorcoaches, including interior detailing and exterior wash.

Develop and enforce sanitation protocols that meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.

Manage and schedule sanitation staff to align with tour and charter schedules.

Train and mentor team members on proper sanitation techniques, equipment use, and chemical safety.

Conduct pre-departure and post-service inspections to ensure all coaches meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

Maintain sanitation equipment and wash bay facilities, arranging repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, reorder and track usage to control costs.

Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to coordinate coach availability.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.

Track sanitation performance metrics, labor hours, and costs; provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications

High school diploma

3 years of experience in fleet sanitation, wash bay, or custodial/maintenance operations.

Supervisory or leadership experience required.

Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, detailing standards, and safe handling procedures.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license required (CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required).
