Join us and help redefine the lawn care industry.Position: Inside Sales Agent – DreamLawn Pay: $17.50/hr 3% commission on booked servicesTotal Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually at quotaSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with overtime available during peak seasons (Spring & Fall)Position Overview:As an Inside Sales Agent with DreamLawn, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking lawn care services. You will educate customers on our offerings, book services, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects the high-quality experience DreamLawn is known for. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by converting inquiries into scheduled services while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
