What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician (Part-time) position at Dreamlane?

Behavior Technician works directly with our clients in their home or community setting for 10 hours a week. The behavior therapist implements individualized educational and behavioral programming designed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This is a highly rewarding position and training is provided!
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred
- Able to work in a variety of settings including in-home, school, and community settings
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for at least 3 days a week between the hours of 2 pm and 6:30 pm
- Ability to Stand, Sit, Squat, Bend, Twist and lift 50 lbs.
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish fluency highly desired)
