Dreamland Custom Pools is a fast-growing design & build company specializing in custom pools, outdoor living spaces, and full backyard transformations. We're looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to take charge of our financial operations and keep the company's money organized and flowing smoothly.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Billing & Receivables
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Track outstanding payments and follow up professionally
- Record payments accurately
- Accounts Payable
- Pay vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track expenses and maintain receipts
- Ensure all bills are paid on time
- Payroll
- Process employee and subcontractor payments
- Prepare weekly/bi-weekly payroll
- Maintain payroll reports and employee records
- Financial Organization
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Maintain clean financial reports
- Manage company cash flow
- Coordinate with the CPA for quarterly and yearly filings
- Keep Our Software (JobTread) accurate and up-to-date
- General Office Support
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing questions
- Assist owners with administrative and financial tasks
- Protect the company's financial integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar financial role
- Experience with billing, collecting payments, and paying vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Construction or service-industry experience is a plus, but not required
