What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd / 3rd Grade Math & Science Teacher position at Dreaming Big Learning Center & Christian School?
The teacher is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the classroom, including planning, carrying out activities and maintaining a classroom environment that is nurturing, consistent, supportive and developmentally appropriate; individualizes learning experiences for children and fully engages parents in the program. The teacher is responsible for the academic progress of students in the subjects of Science and Math for 2nd and 3rd grade students. The teacher also supervises children, classroom, volunteers and assistant teachers, and conducts parent-teacher conferences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA degree in Education
- 1 year of experience working in a preschool setting
- Maintains a current certificate for adult/child/infant CPR course

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
