The Opportunity: What You'll Own and Build
We are looking for a strategic partner to the owner, who will take 100% ownership of our operational fulfillment. Your mission is to build a world-class operation that is safe, efficient, and profitable, allowing the team around you to thrive.
Your key areas of ownership will include:
- People Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the entire operations team (warehouse staff, drivers, and setup crews). You will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Flawless Logistics: Own all routing, dispatch, and team scheduling. You'll be the high-level problem-solver who guides the team through logistical challenges and ensures a perfect client experience.
- Inventory & Warehouse Mastery: Take full ownership of our inventory's integrity, accuracy, and maintenance. You will manage and refine all warehouse processes (pulling, loading, returns, cleaning, repair) for maximum efficiency.
- Systems & Process: Be the architect of our operational playbook. You will build, implement, and document the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that eliminate errors, reduce waste, and allow the operation to scale.
- Budget & Asset Management: Manage the operations labor budget, fleet maintenance, and inventory costs, ensuring we hit the ambitious profitability targets that directly fund your bonus.

- A Proven Operator: You have 5 years of experience in high-stakes operations or logistics (e.g., event rentals, warehousing, supply chain, military logistics, or similar).
- A Gifted People Manager: You have a track record of hiring, training, and managing field/warehouse teams. You know how to be firm but fair and motivate a team to win.
- Calm Under Pressure: You are the calm in the storm. You don't get rattled; you make a clear plan and empower the team around you to execute.
- A "Systems-Builder": You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, but your real talent is building the system so you don't have to. You see "fires" as symptoms of a broken process, and you're driven to fix them.
- Financially-Minded: You understand how labor costs, truck routes, and damaged inventory directly impact a P&L.
- Required: Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to manage a demanding, seasonal schedule that includes some nights/weekends.
Our 90-Day Path to Peak Performance
We are committed to your success by offering a structured 90-day onboarding plan that scales your pay with your autonomy. This is our investment in you.
- Phase 1: Days 1-30
- Goal: Learn the "Dreamers" DNA. You will shadow the owner, learn the rental software, learn the inventory, and meet the crews.
- Pay: $70,000 (pro-rated base).
- Phase 2: Days 31-90
- Goal: Run the day-to-day with support. You will take over scheduling, dispatch, and first-level client problem-solving.
- Pay: $72,000 (pro-rated base).
- Phase 3: Day 91
- Goal: Full Autonomy. You now own all operational outcomes and are accountable for the department's results.
- Pay: $75,000 Base Salary Bonus Plan Activated.
Your Compensation & Reward Package
Once you "graduate" to Phase 3, you are fully eligible for the $100k OTE package:
- Total On-Target Earnings: $95,000 - $110,000
- Base Salary: $75,000 (after 90-day onboarding)
- Peak-Season Performance Bonus: ($15k - $25k potential) paid out after our busy season and tied to clear, attainable KPIs (e.g., labor cost targets, order accuracy, and budget adherence).
- Uncapped Profit-Sharing Bonus (Eligible Within 2-3 Years of Employment): You will receive a percentage of company profits above a pre-set goal. When the company wins, you win.
