Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team on-site in Orlando. In this role, you will create and manage social media content, develop and execute social media campaigns, and engage with audiences across multiple platforms.

This is not a typical “sit at a desk all day” social media role, we are looking for someone creative, outgoing, and driven who can help capture the energy of our company and transform it into engaging content that generates attention, followers, and leads.

You will visit jobsites, film behind-the-scenes content, work directly with our crews and leadership team, stay on top of social media trends, and help grow DreamCrete’s online presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels, testimonials, transformations, and behind-the-scenes content
• Visit active jobsites weekly to capture fresh content
• Schedule and manage posts using social media tools
• Respond to comments and DMs across all platforms
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and viral/trending content
• Maintain a consistent luxury/construction brand aesthetic
• Network with local businesses, realtors, contractors, and commercial properties online
• Track engagement, growth, and performance analytics
• Collaborate with ownership and crews to highlight current projects and company culture

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Experience with video editing apps/software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable filming on jobsites and interacting with employees/clients
• Creative mindset with attention-grabbing content ideas
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent with posting schedules
• Photography/videography experience is a plus
• Construction, home improvement, or luxury branding experience is a plus
