About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at Dreamcrete, you’ll play a vital role in helping homeowners, designers, architects, general contractors, and industry professionals bring their visions to life. This role requires a strong understanding of consultative sales processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to prospecting and cold calling to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in direct sales (experience in building or construction trades is a major plus).
- People Skills: Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients and professionals.
- Drive: A strong sense of urgency to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Organization: The ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and schedules effectively.
- Initiative: A proven ability to prospect, make cold calls, and generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential clients through research, cold calls, and outreach efforts.
- Generate and follow up on leads using various methods, including outbound and cold calls.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company offerings and programs.
- Obtain deposits and payments from clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals for projects.
- Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs or showcase our services.
