Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Executive Driver, Personal Assistant & Site Manager to support the CEO and assist with day-to-day operations of a real estate and construction business.
The primary responsibility of this role is safely and reliably transporting the CEO. Additional responsibilities include personal and executive assistance as well as providing on-site support and oversight at construction job sites. This position requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to transition between driving, administrative tasks, and field supervision.
This is a hybrid role combining executive driving, personal assistance, and site support. Candidates must be comfortable balancing driving responsibilities with administrative and construction-related duties.
Responsibilities
Executive Driving (Primary Responsibility)
- Safely transport the CEO to meetings, job sites, airports, and other destinations
- Plan efficient routes and manage schedules to ensure punctuality
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Adapt to changing schedules and occasional extended hours
Personal & Executive Assistance
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Coordinate meetings with contractors, vendors, and business partners
- Run personal and business-related errands
- Conduct research related to real estate properties, permits, vendors, and construction materials
- Assist with document organization, follow-up, and task tracking
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Construction Site Management & Field Support
- Provide on-site presence at construction job sites as directed by the CEO
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Monitor work progress, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct site walkthroughs and report issues, delays, or safety concerns
- Track materials deliveries and completed work
- Document site progress through photos, notes, and basic reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a personal driver, executive assistant, site manager, foreman, or similar hybrid role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in both office and construction site environments
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly
- Professional demeanor and high level of reliability and discretion
- Experience in real estate development or construction
- Familiarity with construction schedules, plans, and inspections
- OSHA or safety training (a plus)
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Ability to work on construction sites and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
