We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our team for residential and commercial real estate development projects. This role involves assisting with site preparation, demolition, framing, installations, and general construction tasks to support new builds, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate has experience with general construction work, can follow instructions, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced development environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, grading, excavation, and foundation work.
- Perform framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and roofing tasks as needed.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers.
- Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate construction.
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction, site work, or general labor
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Basic knowledge of framing, concrete work, and structural components.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites
