It is the roadmap they wish they had back then, a practical support system designed to help brands move faster, avoid costly mistakes, and grow with more clarity and confidence.

At Dream The Brand, we offer strategy sessions, online courses, and agency support for food, beverage, beauty, and wellness brands.

We are currently expanding our network of trusted freelancers and specialists for long term collaboration across multiple client projects. Our goal is to build a strong team of proactive, reliable, and results driven operators who want to grow with us and be part of building something meaningful.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Website Developer with strong Shopify experience to support us on an ongoing basis.

This is a long term opportunity for someone who understands that ecommerce websites are not just about design. They are about conversion, performance, user experience, and growth.

We are looking for someone who can build efficiently, think strategically, and execute independently across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Build and customize Shopify websites

Create high converting landing pages

Implement promotions, bundles, and user experience improvements

Optimize website speed and performance

Support ecommerce growth initiatives through ongoing website improvements

Work closely with our Ecommerce Manager to execute priorities across client accounts

Qualifications

Strong hands on Shopify experience

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Clear understanding of conversion focused website development

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

Reliable, organized, and responsive

Open to a long term working relationship

Preferred Experience

Experience with CPG, ecommerce, food, beverage, beauty, or wellness brands is a strong plus
