Dream Smile Dental is an established privately owned practice in the community and we are looking to add an experienced General Dentist with a good personality to join our team in Germantown, Philadelphia.
Our current dentist is retiring and this is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing pool of patients and steady caseload.
Key Points:
- Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients.
- Well-organized practice with mix of Medicaid and private insurance patients.
- Excellent clinical support by well-trained Hygienist/EFDA/Dental Assistants.
- This position offers a pathway to equity partnership for dedicated, long-term candidates.
Compensation:
- Daily minimum for an initial period of 3 months
- 30-35% of Collections
Schedule:
- Mon to Thu
- No weekends
Requirements:
- Strong treatment presentation skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Active PA dental license
