Dream Smile Dental is a fast growing privately owned practice in the community and we are looking to add a well-trained General Dentist with a great personality to join our team.
Key Points:
- Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients.
- Well-organized practice with mix of Medicaid and private insurance patients.
- Practice equipped with CBCT, iTero.
- Excellent clinical support by well-trained EFDAs/Dental Assistants.
- Mentorship available for molar root canals, implants placement and surgical extractions.
Compensation:
- Daily minimum for an initial period of 3 months
- 30-35% of Collections
Schedule:
- Flexible full-time or part-time
- No weekends
Requirements:
- Strong treatment presentation skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Active PA dental license
