Dream Sleep Medicine is an AASM-accredited, multi-state sleep practice with a 4-bed sleep lab. We are seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for overnight sleep studies. This position is strictly for credentialed RPSGT candidates—RT-only credentials are not eligible.

Position Summary
The RPSGT will be responsible for performing overnight polysomnographic testing and titration studies in accordance with AASM standards. Candidates must be able to independently manage patient setup, acquisition, monitoring, troubleshooting, and scoring-related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform overnight PSG, CPAP/BiPAP/ASV titration studies, split-night studies, and MSLT/MWT when required.
• Complete HIGH-QUALITY patient setups including EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, airflow, respiratory effort, oximetry, CO₂ (capnography is performed at our lab), limb leads, and video monitoring.
• Monitor patients throughout the night, identify sleep stages, respiratory events, arousals, cardiac rhythms, and movement disorders in real time.
• Troubleshoot signal issues promptly to ensure high-quality AASM-compliant data.
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care; ensure safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Follow all clinical protocols for supplemental oxygen, PAP device titration, and emergent events.
• Accurately document technologist notes for each study.
• Assist with cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of sleep lab equipment.
• Follow all Company policies and regulatory standards (AASM, ACHC, OSHA, HIPAA, Infection Control).
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
• Active RPSGT credential REQUIRED
(REQUIRED: No RT-only applicants; no exceptions.)
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification (or obtained before start date).
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with AASM scoring rules.
• Experience with CPAP/BiPAP/ASV titration and supplemental oxygen protocols.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner.

Schedule & Compensation
• Night shift (approx. 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Part-time and full-time options may be available depending on candidate volume.
