About the Role:
The Dream Opportunity is seeking a sophisticated and high-energy Event Host to facilitate our premier corporate workshops and panel discussions. This is a high-visibility role situated at the intersection of corporate leadership and social impact.
As the primary moderator for our global events, you will serve as the bridge between industry leaders from firms such as J.P. Morgan Chase, EY, Blackstone, and Warner Bros. Discovery, and high-potential students from underresourced communities. You will be responsible for driving professional dialogue that empowers the next generation of talent to secure high-income career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate High-Impact Events: Lead in-person and virtual workshops, maintaining a professional and engaging presence that reflects the standards of our multi-billion dollar partners.
- Executive Moderation: Facilitate panel discussions with corporate leaders, extracting strategic insights to guide students in their professional development.
- Advocacy & Impact: Drive the mission of The Dream Opportunity by creating an inclusive environment where students from underresourced backgrounds feel inspired and equipped to succeed.
- Collaborative Design: Partner with our creative team to refine event flow and workshop content for maximum efficacy.
