About the Role
As a Dream Mental Health Clinician, you will provide in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in settings where clients feel most comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy in-home or community settings
- Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate evidence-based modalities
- Maintain timely, ethical, and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referral sources, care managers, and other providers as needed
- Communicate your clinical approach clearly and consistently
- Participate in monthly supervision (waived for fully independent NJ licensees)
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to clinical ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality
