Job Overview
A Dream Events and Catering Porter is responsible for washing, sanitizing, and putting away all cooking pots, pans, and utensils. The Porter is also in charge of inventory management, including but not limited to; alerting management of cleaning products that need to be ordered and managing all sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to keep up in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work under the direction of the Executive Chef
- Ability to stand for periods of up to 10 hours at a time
- Ability to up to 50 lbs
- Experience with a commercial dishwasher preferred but not required
