Duties
- Greet visitors warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the model home community
- Guide guests through the model homes, highlighting features and answering questions about the properties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the model home areas to ensure an inviting atmosphere
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and assist with scheduling appointments or follow-up visits
- Provide information about community amenities, floor plans, and current promotions
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure visitors' needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Uphold guest relations standards by delivering exceptional customer service at all times

- Previous experience as a host/hostess
