Overview
Dreamclean123 is a locally owned cleaning company serving schools and facilities throughout New England. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Night Supervisor to oversee our growing commercial cleaning operations across Southern Vermont, New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts. This is a working supervisory role: you will lead evening cleaning teams, inspect quality, travel between accounts, and step in to clean when needed.
This is not a desk-only supervisory position. The successful candidate must be comfortable visiting multiple locations, working alongside cleaning staff when necessary, solving problems in the field, inspecting completed work, and stepping in when coverage is needed.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, generally 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
- Hours may vary based on operational needs and staffing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee about 8 nighttime accounts and multiple cleaning teams.
- Serve as the primary evening contact for cleaning staff.
- Travel between locations to check staffing, quality, and completion of work, including inspections of previous days’ accounts.
- Make sure staff understand their assignments and have the equipment and supplies they need.
- Handle emergencies, call-outs, and last-minute issues, and serve as a substitute when coverage is needed.
- Maintain company offices and storage areas, monitor inventory, and help order and distribute supplies.
- Report staffing, supply, quality, and customer concerns to management.
- Represent Dreamclean123 professionally at all client locations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Portuguese is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple locations (regular travel is essential).
- Able to lead and support staff, inspect work, solve problems in the field, and work independently.
- Willing to work alongside cleaning staff and step in when someone is absent.
- Physical: able to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift/carry equipment and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, scrub, clean restrooms, and safely use commercial cleaning products and equipment.
- Comfortable with dust, odors, cleaning products, and wet floors.
