Responsibilities:
-Lead VPK Instructor
- Develop and implement educational programs and policies to ensure the success of students
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational institution
- Manage and lead a team of educators and staff members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish goals and objectives for the institution
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Foster a positive learning environment for students
- Evaluate and improve educational programs based on feedback and data analysis
Qualifications:
- VPK Credentials
- Child Care Directors Credential or CDA
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of higher education teaching methods and best practices
- Familiarity with current trends and developments in education
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
