Part-Time | Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour (Hours may be flexible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Activities Assistant to support our daily programming and participant care. This is a very hands-on, active role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and lead daily activities such as arts & crafts, games, fitness, music, cooking, and life-skills lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to participants
- Encourage positive social interaction and behavior
- Assist with community outings and special events
- Fridays are designated community outing days
- Drive participants to and from community outings
- Assist with participant pick-ups and drop-offs before or after program hours as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Assist with meals, snacks, and daily transitions
- Support staff with program routines and participant needs
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk comfortably for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist participants with mobility and daily activities
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable driving participants
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Patient, dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule:
- Tuesday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may be flexible based on program needs
- Occasional early or late shifts for participant transportation may be required
