Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Body Contouring & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to perform cryoslimming, toning, and body contouring treatments while also driving sales of our services and packages. Your goal will be to provide exceptional client experiences, educate guests on our treatments, and help them achieve their body goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cryoslimming, toning, and body contouring treatments (training provided).
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and recommend personalized packages.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and goals.
- Drive sales by promoting spa services, memberships, and package deals.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation protocols.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to learn and perform body contouring treatments (training provided).
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in spa, aesthetics, fitness, or sales is a plus but not required.
