Schedule: This is a full-time role, and candidates must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Job Description
- Own core business metrics- hours rendered, enrollment, attendance, new client intakes, and other metrics to meet the company’s goals
- Oversee family/client and Dreamer experience, client/staff intake balance, and efficiency of our overall operations
- Utilize business intelligence and analytics of metrics to move the organization towards larger company goals
- Leadership, Management and Accountability of Operations Manager, BCBA’s, BC’s and center managers
- Hold bi-weekly meetings with each center’s leadership team
- Conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews
- Maintain accountability for performance by following the performance
management processes
-Provide coaching and mentoring with a focus on instilling the organizational
values and culture of excellence, caring, growth, fun and inclusive.
- Provide a leadership presence by visiting each center within the region on a regular basis, at least biweekly, and actively engage with the staff to ensure the DB core values and culture are consistently demonstrated.
- Works in collaboration with Operations Manager to ensure that Scheduling, Intake and Billing departments are efficiently and effectively operating
- Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with new and existing external stakeholders, including referral sources, community and advocacy partners and funding sources
- Partner with the marketing division to proactively achieve new opportunities and expand clientele
- Exercise high level risk management and independent judgment
- Navigate team barriers and grievances within the framework of our core values
- Stay current and in compliance with regulations of the BACB, funding sources, OSHA and government regulatory boards
- Identify opportunities within the region and create improvement action plans to address gaps through people, performance, and process improvements
- Streamline, manage, and anticipate client caseload assignments for Behavior Consultants and BCBA's to reflect business and organizational objectives.
- Implement standardized onboarding and new hire training to increase orientation efficiency and minimize attrition.
- Serve as the organization’s HIPAA privacy/security officer and respond to any data breaches, conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, IT, payroll, and onboarding to meet organizational protocols.
- Plan and direct short term and long term goals to manage the regional budget.
- Responsible for new center strategic development and start up, establishing the business plan, regional objectives, projections, community involvement, regional infrastructure and the development of the Center Managers within the region.
- Provide leadership and expertise to Center Managers on client attendance, employee performance management, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Develop programs designed to increase new cases in an efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or psychology related field from an
- accredited institution preferred
- Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis services
- At least five years of business operations experience
- Complete TB test and livescan clearance

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
