Dream Believe Inspire Home Care is hiring an experienced, dependable caregiver to provide Attendant Care and Homemaker services to a client in Greenfield, Indiana. This is a consistent, long-term shift for the right person who takes pride in caregiving and treats clients like family.
Schedule: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM, 6 days per week (36 hours weekly)
What You'll Do:
- Personal care and Attendant Care services (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Light housekeeping — cleaning, laundry, tidying living areas
- Meal planning and home-cooked meals (we need someone who can actually cook — not microwave meals)
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Memory care support — patience, redirection, and a calm presence for a client with cognitive decline
- Companionship and engagement throughout the shift
What We're Looking For:
- Prior caregiving experience (Attendant Care, CNA, HHA, or equivalent)
- Strong cooking skills — this is non-negotiable for this client
- Memory care / dementia care experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (errands are part of the role)
- Patience, professionalism, and a genuine heart for seniors
- Able to pass background check, TB test, and drug screen
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
