WHO WE WANT:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS – NOT ENTRY-LEVEL APPLICANTS.
You should bring:
- 3 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities
- Experience with engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical repairs
- The ability to diagnose problems correctly and complete repairs efficiently
- A proven track record of productivity and quality workmanship
- Your own professional tools
- A valid driver's license
- A strong work ethic and personal accountability
- ASE certifications preferred
- Nissan or other manufacturer certifications are a major advantage
IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSE CARS, FIX THEM RIGHT, AND TURN HOURS, WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Handle mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Complete thorough multi-point inspections
- Identify needed repairs and maintenance opportunities
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize comebacks
- Work with our service advisors and management team to maximize productivity
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional
