Salary: 19.00 plus TipsJob DescriptionThe Line Cook will prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure food quality and presentation meet company expectations.Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist in the preparation and setup of ingredients and equipment for daily service, ensuring readiness for a smooth operation. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen management team promptly. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Follow proper storage and labeling procedures to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.Compensation - Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
