Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and 2 Saturdays per month 9am-3pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to confirm appointments and contact new patients
- Present treatment plans confidently and help patients schedule care
- Support the clinical team with coordination and communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience strongly desired
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
- Reliable and organized with strong multitasking skills
