Experienced Caregiver / CNA / PCA – Home Care

DRD Private Home Care is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We are seeking skilled professionals who are experienced with elderly care, personal care assistance, companionship, and detailed household support.

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, trustworthy, organized, attentive to detail, and passionate about providing quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Duties

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and deep cleaning as needed
• Laundry and linen changes
• Maintaining a clean and organized client environment
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Dementia and memory care support
• Following individualized care plans
• Accurate daily documentation and communication with the office

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred
• CPR Certification REQUIRED
• CNA or PCA certification preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Current Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Strong housekeeping and home management skills
• Experience with dementia, mobility assistance, and transfers preferred

Schedule

Multiple shifts available:

• Full-time
• Part-time
• PRN
• Day shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend availability preferred
