DRD Pool Management, Inc. is now hiring Lifeguard Roles for the summer of 2026 in the Abingdon area. Lifeguarding is a rewarding summer job that offers exciting challenges and provides an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in an outdoor environment. DRD is recruiting motivated individuals who possess a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a focused, positive mindset.
We accept all lifeguard certifications and offer in-house certification classes running now through July 2026. A lifeguard’s primary responsibility is to provide surveillance of the water and facility by utilizing scanning strategies and techniques to remain alert and focused.
