DRD Pool Management is now hiring Pool Lifeguards and Managers for the Summer of 2026 in the Towson, MD area. We are recruiting motivated individuals who possess a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a focused, positive mindset.
DRD Pool Management offers in-house lifeguard certification classes and accepts all lifeguard/pool operator certifications. For lifeguard roles the primary responsibility is to monitor patron safety in the water utilizing scanning strategies and techniques to remain alert and focused. Other responsibilities include pool rule enforcement, and maintaining pool and facility cleanliness. $15-$18 per hour
For Swim Club/ Country Club Manager roles, previous lifeguard experience is desired, candidates should be able to make weekday and weekend availability when needed, and be competent in written and verbal communication. Some responsibilities include maintaining suitable pool chemistry as well as the filter system, ensuring pool rule enforcement with staff and patrons, and leading the team of lifeguard employees. $19-$25 per hour
