This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure EDI integration solutions on the Azure cloud platform.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDI standards, cloud-native Azure services, and .NET development, and will thrive in a collaborative, agile environment. This role also involves knowledge sharing, documentation, and mentoring internal development resources. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy EDI solutions using the .NET framework and Azure services.Build and maintain scalable, secure EDI integrations on the Azure cloud platform.Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into technical EDI specifications.Develop, configure, and maintain EDI mappings and translation processes using industry standards such as ANSI X12.Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services to design and manage EDI workflows.Coordinate with external trading partners to test EDI file transfers and resolve connectivity or data integrity issues.Write and maintain high-quality, scalable code using C# and SQL, adhering to coding standards and best practices.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing EDI and cloud-based applications.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including run books, monitoring procedures, and system architecture diagrams.Establish development standards, processes, and operational procedures for EDI systems.Train, mentor, and coach internal team members to support long-term knowledge transfer and system ownership.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in .NET development (C#).Hands-on experience with EDI development and integration.Solid knowledge of EDI transaction standards (ANSI X12 required).Experience with Microsoft Azure, including:Azure FunctionsAzure Logic AppsAzure App ServicesProficiency in SQL and database integration.Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability and willingness to train and mentor team members.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
